Hotels are graded constantly: by OTAs, by agencies, by anyone with a dashboard and an agenda. hotelgrader exists to be the one grade with no agenda at all.
Independent
Everyone else who scores your marketing is selling you something: the OTA wants commission, the agency wants a retainer, the vendor wants a contract. We grade, and the grade cannot be bought.
Comparable
Every hotel gets the same 46 metrics with the same weights. A B+ in Lisbon means what a B+ means in Los Angeles, so owners, GMs, and brokers can finally talk about marketing with one number.
Reproducible
The methodology is published. Run the scan twice and you get the same answer, with the scan date and source count printed on the report.
What we sell, and what we never will
The audit is free, forever. We charge for the dashboard: recurring tracking, the prioritized action queue, and the tools to close the gaps your grade found. We will never sell the grade itself, your data, or placement to an OTA.
